Cleaned up some of the character pages by adding links to other character pages when mentioned, and fixing some typos. Also finally added the description for Nibble. I have no idea how I missed that before.

Reworked the games area of the forum a bit, moving the Drift and Waggs tribal games to the Funkeystown section and changing the Dream State section to be called Nightmare Rift. I'll add Daydream Oasis once the figures are released.
